This six-foot tall monolith, a mile or so to the east of the stones at Carnassarie, was built into one of the now ruined walls that enclosed the abandoned farmstead at Glennan.

A few metres away and by the side of the road are the remains of two grass-covered and disturbed cairns. They are around 40 and 20 feet in diameter.
