Castle Frazer Stone Row
Inverurie, Aberdeenshire
Stone Row Canmore HES
Also known as Castle Fraser; Balgorkar; Balgorar

This pair of grey granite boulders are less than 300 metres from the nearby recumbent stone circle, and it is hard to believe that they are not associated with it. There is some supposition of the entrance to a "ritual avenue", but little hard evidence.

The two stones stand just over two metres high and just under 15 metres apart. They are aligned northeast-southwest and, as is common for such stone pairs, the northeast stone is more angular whilst the southwest stone is flat topped.
